All our Custom Made, Made to Measure and Pre-Order Costumes are one-off designs. We never replicate a costume unless it is your design and want that design in a different colour.
We do however create costumes using similar colours and elements of previous designs.
Our Ready Made Costumes & Bases are sometimes replicated in different colours and sizes.
Changes to your order can be made up until the order has been cut and placed into production. Once the production process has started at this stage it is too late to change or add to your order. On occasion, you will need to place follow-up orders. Any additional items will be placed on a separate order (not added to your original order). These new orders will be given the current ship date based on availability. Applicable shipping charges will apply.
Yes, some of our range can be slightly modified please contact us at email@example.com to find more info. For mayor modifications you will be required to order through our DYI Custom Made, Made to Measure department.
Unfortunately, Stage Appeal cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, or incorrect fit. We can offer a refund if the goods are damaged or have been incorrectly described. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your costume.

Shipping times from the factory to Stage Appeal are 4 – 10 business days from dispatch.
For Ready Made costumes or In Stock items, please allow 5 business days for us to process your order and send tracking information.
Once Stage Appeal has received your DYI and Pre-Order costumes from the factory, please allow 5 business days for us to process your order and send tracking information.

A 50% deposit is required when placing the order, cutting will not begin until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due to once your order is complete. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
